SHIPPING POLICY

ZEBBEDE products are produced and shipped through our fulfilment partners. Most products are made to order rather than held as pre-produced stock.

ORDER FULFILMENT

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–5 business days.

Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time and may occasionally take longer because of product availability, production requirements, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, typical shipping estimates are:

United Kingdom:

Approximately 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Europe:

Approximately 4–12 business days after dispatch.

United States and Canada:

Approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Australia and New Zealand:

Approximately 5–20 business days after dispatch.

Other international destinations:

Approximately 5–20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated shipping times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Your total estimated delivery time is:

Fulfilment time + shipping time.

The estimate shown at checkout or provided with your order should be treated as the most relevant estimate for that particular order.

Some products may be produced at different fulfilment locations. This means delivery times can vary between products and, in some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges depend on the products ordered and the delivery destination.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

We do not advertise guaranteed free worldwide shipping.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Different carriers may be used depending on the destination, product and fulfilment location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ZEBBEDE ships to a wide range of international destinations.

Available destinations and the relevant shipping charge are confirmed during checkout.

International orders may occasionally be delayed by customs processing, carrier networks, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be charged separately by the relevant local authority or carrier.
